Fear - A dog shows worried with a lowered posture, tail down or hidden underneath, an arched back, looking or turning head whilst showing the whites of their whites of eyes and dilated pupils. Dogs usually bark out of fear, particularly if they are cornered, fenced all over, or on a leash.
Stressed - stressed puppy will usually have ears back and down, considerable open mouth, lips drawn back with rapid respiration. Also shoulders lowered, hunched forward, tail tucked, tension in haunches and will probably be quivering.
